Marketing Executive / Marketing Person – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, and market visits.
  • Maintain and update client databases and enquiry records.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and market trend monitoring.
  • Gather insights on customer preferences, emerging technologies, and industry movements.
  • Prepare periodic reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Handle client queries, provide timely support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits.

4. Branding & Promotion

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, email, website updates, etc.).
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, profiles, and presentations.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events to promote company services.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise between the marketing, technical, and management teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
  • Submit enquiry follow-up updates and sales performance metrics.

6. Tendering & Documentation Support (if applicable)

  • Support in preparing pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with clients or consultants for bid clarifications.

7. Target Achievement

  • Work towards monthly and quarterly marketing targets.
  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve assigned business goals.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation ability.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Time management and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
