Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, as well as developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance our market presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Pay is 5% commission off net profits for each sale made by your sales team, off of the marketing campaigns you create. Our sales average $30k each. With that you'll easily make six figures a year.

This is a HYBRID position. You'll be managing sales people and clients from your personal computer but will need to check out the job site in person to get photos and videos of the projects for your ads. When you are on the job site shooting videos and taking pictures you'll receive $15 an hour.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Execute multichannel marketing strategies that include email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including advertising sales initiatives.
  • Implement B2C marketing tactics to engage business clients and foster relationships.
  • Manage e-commerce initiatives, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing projects to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with services.
  • Photography and videography for the ads you'll run.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Experience in B2C marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
  • Knowledge of HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
  • Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for driving results through innovative marketing strategies.
