We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager at Mahadeva KIA - Raipur location to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our digital and brand presence across all platforms.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance the dealership group’s visibility, digital engagement, and lead generation. The role demands a creative thinker with strong digital marketing acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with each brand’s guidelines (Kia, Renault, MG, Mercedes, Tata).
Plan and monitor marketing budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI.
Digital & Online Presence:
Manage and enhance the company’s digital footprint across platforms including social media, Google, and automotive listing portals.
Oversee online lead generation portals and ensure timely data tracking and customer response.
Coordinate digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and paid campaigns.
Creative & Brand Management:
Conceptualize creative campaigns, visuals, and promotional content for digital and offline use.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications in line with OEM standards.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for promotional content.
Customer Engagement & Data Handling:
Manage CRM data from digital platforms and ensure lead nurturing through effective communication.
Analyze customer trends and insights to plan campaigns that boost sales and service traffic.
Events & Promotions:
Plan and execute local marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Build relationships with local media and vendors for co-branding opportunities.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance metrics to management.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) – specialization in Marketing preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and creative content development.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and ad management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
