Marketing Manager (Online & Offline) – Education Institute

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Educational sector experience preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead both online and offline marketing initiatives for our education institute in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive admissions, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to institutional brand and quality standards.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Oversee SEO, social media management, and email marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for content, visuals, and ad creatives.
  • Track online performance metrics and ROI through analytics tools.

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Plan and manage offline marketing activities, including events, seminars, and promotional drives.
  • Build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and local organizations for brand promotion.
  • Ensure strong local visibility through branding, print ads, and community engagement.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements for future strategies.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage a small marketing team and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing goals with institutional objectives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle both online and offline marketing campaigns independently.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the education/training industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and meeting enrollment goals.
