We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager – Jewellery Division (Vijayawada)

CB AGROS AND SHOPPINGMALLS PVT LTD is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Manager with a passion for jewellery and an MBA in Marketing to join our growing team in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored for the jewellery segment
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, social media and events
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive brand growth
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams for cohesive marketing efforts
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, especially Google Ads and social media platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Creative thinker with a passion for jewellery and luxury branding
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects
