Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A strategic Senior Marketing & Branding Manager with 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience to lead all branding, visibility, and lead-generation efforts for a premier engineering design and project management consultancy . This role requires a technical yet creative marketer who can translate complex engineering services into compelling brand narratives, drive client acquisition, and position the firm as a thought leader in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional services marketing , with expertise in brand differentiation, proposal support, and high-stakes client engagement —preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction sectors .

Job Duties

1. Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the master brand strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market positioning.
  • Elevate brand perception through storytelling, premium experiences, and thought leadership.
  • Conduct brand valuation studies and ensure consistency across all touchpoints (B2B, B2C, digital, physical).
  • Lead rebranding/refresh initiatives as needed, including visual identity, messaging, and customer engagement.

2. Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Develop annual marketing plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and ROI targets.
  • Oversee 360° marketing campaigns (digital, ATL/BTL, PR, events) to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Leverage data analytics, AI tools, and CRM insights to optimize customer journeys.
  • Identify new market opportunities (geographic expansion, customer segments, partnerships).
  • Create targeted campaigns to attract government, private-sector, and international clients.
  • Oversee pitch materials, case studies, and credential packages for high-value bids.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to showcase projects (awards, publications, webinars).
  • Manage industry event participation (conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements).

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Spearhead digital transformation, including SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and social commerce.
  • Ensure the brand’s digital presence is cutting-edge, user-centric, and conversion-optimized.
  • Implement predictive analytics to forecast trends and adjust strategies proactively.
  • Lead website UX/SEO optimization to highlight engineering capabilities and project portfolios.
  • Develop thought leadership content (white papers, technical blogs, LinkedIn strategy).
  • Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry platforms for lead generation.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track client engagement and pipeline growth.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team (brand, digital, content, design).
  • Collaborate with C-suite, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with global agencies, media partners, and influencers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering (dual qualification preferred).

Experience

  • 10-15 years in senior marketing roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position (Marketing Director, Brand Manager, etc.).
  • Strong network with KSA/UAE media, government entities, and high-net-worth clientele.

Competencies & Skills

  • Executive-level strategic thinking with a focus on business growth.
  • Expertise in brand architecture, customer segmentation, and premium positioning.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder influence.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (preferred).
