Develop a comprehensive marketing strategies for new brands targeting the Turkey.
Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns in the Turkey, including but not limited to launch budget planning, PR activities, KOL/influencer collaborations, on/off-platform advertising, affiliate marketing, platform resource coordination, launch events, and offline pop-up activations, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Manage marketing budgets, control cost ratios, conduct regular performance evaluations, and optimize profitability.
Oversee brand communication and image building in the Turkey to ensure consistent and effective messaging aligned with the brand identity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the Turkey, develop collaboration plans, and monitor execution.
Regularly analyze marketing performance, stay alert to competitor activities, and refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge and sustain brand growth.
Job Requirements
5+ years in marketing (consumer electronics, appliances, or related fields)
Strong network in Turkish.
Turkish speaker and professional English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
5+ years of marketing experience in the Turkey.
Preferred: Experience in planning and executing launch events or pop-up stores; background in consumer electronics or smart devices is an advantage.
Strong brand strategy and integrated communication skills with a keen brand sensibility,brand building.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven team management experience.
