We are looking for an experienced
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to lead our product marketing strategy and drive high-impact product launches in the Turkish market. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, market insight, brand storytelling, and flawless execution across GTM and integrated marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Launches

Develop and own full GTM strategies for key product lines.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for new product launches.

Ensure tight cross-team alignment with product, sales, and marketing.

Define clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Market Insights & Growth Strategy

Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to guide decision-making.

Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends.

Translate insights into actionable product, brand, and marketing strategies.
Integrated Marketing & Brand Building

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in Turkey, including:

PR, influencer/KOL partnerships, digital and offline advertising, affiliate programs, launch events, and pop-up activations.

Manage brand communication and ensure alignment with global brand identity.

Strengthen brand presence and deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
Channel & Partner Collaboration

Build strong relationships with major retail and channel partners in Turkey.

Develop collaborative marketing plans and ensure successful joint execution.

Support sales with clear product messaging and go-to-market assets.
🎯
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above.

5+ years of product marketing or brand marketing experience
, preferably in:

consumer electronics, home appliances, smart devices, or FMCG.

Deep understanding of the Turkish market and consumer behavior.

Native Turkish speaker
, with
professional proficiency in English
.

Proven experience leading GTM strategy and executing major product launches in Turkey.

Strong capability in brand strategy, product positioning, and integrated communications.

Excellent presentation, storytelling, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Resilient, proactive, highly adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
