Marketing Manager

At One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, we’ve built one of the most trusted home-service brands on the coast. Now we need a Marketing Manager who can take us to the next level — blending creative storytelling with hard-driving metrics to generate measurable growth.

Your Mission

You’ll lead everything from digital strategy to local outreach, including:

• Managing (LSA), PPC, SEO, and online reputation
• Overseeing digital lead consolidators and optimizing cost per lead
• Designing smart outbound campaigns — text, email, postcards, letters, and phone calls that convert
• Driving social media engagement
• Tracking every campaign, reporting results, and fine-tuning for ROI

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing management or digital campaign leadership
• Proven success with PPC, LSA, and social media strategy
• Ability to manage multiple lead sources and outbound efforts
• Strong analytical skills and creative instincts
• Bonus: Experience with or home-services marketing
