Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns (digital, print, email, and events) from concept through launch.

Manage the content calendar to ensure alignment with product launches, sales goals, and growth initiatives.

Oversee creation of SEO-driven content including blogs, landing pages, video, graphics, and social media to drive engagement and traffic.

Coordinate with external developers and vendors to maximize site performance and optimize for search visibility.

Manage referral and promotional programs, ensuring seamless integration into campaigns.

Update and maintain all customer-facing platforms, including websites, social media accounts, YouTube, and CRM tools.

Ensure product information online is accurate, up to date, and engaging.
