The  Marketing Manager  will lead SwissGold’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and digital presence across all channels. This role blends strategic planning, creative direction, and performance marketing to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversion both online and offline.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a data-driven decision-maker who understands luxury branding and consumer behavior in the Egyptian Market



1. Strategy & Planning


  • Develop and implement SwissGold’s annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Define clear marketing KPIs across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Build 360° campaigns integrating social media, digital ads, retail activations, PR, and influencer marketing.



2. Brand Management


  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Lead creative direction for visuals, content, and storytelling in line with SwissGold’s premium identity.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand materials and campaigns.



3. Digital Marketing


  • Manage digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Oversee website performance, e-commerce growth, and conversion optimization.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to assess campaign ROI.



4. Content & Social Media


  • Plan and manage content calendars for all digital platforms.
  • Lead social media growth and engagement through storytelling and influencer collaborations.
  • Supervise photo and video shoots to ensure brand alignment.



5. Activations & Partnerships


  • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and club activations
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer trust.



6. Team Leadership


  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (designers, community manager, media buyer).
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and production departments to ensure aligned execution.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management (luxury, retail, jewelry, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English.
