Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our marketing efforts, elevating our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing experience in the NGO sector and a deep understanding of 360-degree marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that drive engagement, increase visibility, and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the NGO’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budgeting and timelines.

2. Brand Management

  • oOversee the development and maintenance of the NGO’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with stakeholders, donors, and the community.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and engagement.

4. Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful content.

5. Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for events, fundraisers, and campaigns.
  • Manage logistics, promotions, and post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

6. Partnerships and Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the NGO’s visibility and impact.

7. Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

8. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and volunteers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Experience Required – Min 4 to Max 8 Yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
