The Role
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Louzan Group’s overall business objectives. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. • Manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. 2. Brand Management • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. • Manage the brand positioning of Louzan and its sub-brands in the market. • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content. 3. Digital Marketing • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. • Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions). • Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation, and community management. 4. Campaign Management • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions. • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance. 5. Retail & Visual Support • Work closely with the retail operations team to support in-store promotions and events. • Ensure consistency in in-store branding, visual merchandising, and marketing collateral. 6. Events & PR • Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and collaborations. • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility. 7. Budget & Team Management • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure ROI on all campaigns. • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, perfume, leather goods & Hospitality industry. • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and brand development. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Skills: • Strategic thinking with a creative mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proficient in marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.) • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Starting with a single outlet in Al Ain during 2003, Louzan has now added to its name 16 more outlets spread over Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, Doha. The supply of innovative modern designs of Abayas and Sheilas are done at the manufacturing arm (88,000 sqft) of the Group in Al Ain Industrial Area. Other than supplying to the retail outlets the Group also exports to countries across the GCC and Egypt. The Group optimistically contributes to the blooming industry of Abaya and Sheila, and special care is being taken to synchronize the highly creative and experienced team to innovate new distinct designs in each and every product.
