Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate marketing and be able to share previous work or successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote company properties and projects.
• Manage online listings, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content, ads, and visuals to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support closing deals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising, property portals, and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio or examples of previous real estate marketing work are required.
