About The Role
At Versuni Türkiye, we are the market makers — unlocking new categories like air fryers, espresso machines, steamers and wet & dry sticks, shaping consumer behaviour through powerful insights, driving smart innovation, and delivering bold activations.
Now, we’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and insight-driven Marketing Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of their category — from strategy localization to portfolio planning, from P&L to 360° marketing execution.
This role will be responsible for Versuni’s key growth engines: Garment Care and Climate Care.

The Impact You’ll Make

Owns end-to-end P&L management, from topline to bottom-line, across short- and long-term horizons (1 month to 3 years), in close collaboration with Finance and Commercial Excellence teams

Builds and maintains an 18-month rolling forecast aligned with market trends and category ambitions

Plans and executes portfolio strategy with optimal product positioning and competitive pricing

Localizes global strategy based on deep consumer insights drawn from market and consumer data

Designs and activates a 360° marketing calendar—from pull to push, offline to online—to drive brand awareness and conversion in close collaboration with shopper marketing and media teams

Conducts pricing and profitability analyses to support business goals and category growth

Tracks and analyses KPIs including sales, market share, profitability, and brand funnel metrics

Drives in-store excellence (online and offline) through high-impact visibility and activation programs in partnership with Trade Marketing and E-Commerce teams

Collaborates with the Sales team to define SKU/channel strategies tailored to customer and channel needs

Analyses advertising and campaign performance to maximize ROI

Optimizes go-to-market strategies continuously based on data and performance learnings

Takes initiative and demonstrates strong ownership to drive category growth and brand mental availability

Works cross-functionally with global and local teams, effectively taking and giving initiative as needed
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in related areas

8-10 years relevant marketing and/or commercial experience, preferably with global FMCG /consumer goods industry background

Solid knowledge of category strategy design with full financial ownership, portfolio strategy design, activation design, content development and pricing strategy

Detailed P&L management, data analysis and commercial acumen are very critical for this role.

Language skills: English and Turkish (Fluent English is critical for this role)
