Your Role: Marketing Manager

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts — from strategy to execution to conversion. This is a builder’s role, ideal for someone who wants to lead by doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy & Leadership

  • Collaborate with ownership to define marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a full-funnel digital strategy focused on lead generation and conversion.

Execution & Optimization

  • Build and manage websites and landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, or Webflow.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and retargeting platforms.
  • Create and deploy email and SMS campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

Conversion & Analytics

  • Track lead flow from first click to consultation.
  • Integrate CRM, call tracking, and analytics tools to uncover insights and improve performance.
  • Present actionable data directly to leadership to inform business decisions.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure consistent, professional messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Uphold and evolve United PA’s trusted brand image.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a track record of driving conversions.
  • Strong skills in web design, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Zoho, and automation tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Full-time, in-office availability in Melville, NY.

Bonus: Experience in insurance, restoration, or home services industries.
