Who We’re Looking For
A strategic, hands-on
Marketing Manager
with a strong passion for consumer insight, portfolio growth, and commercial impact in FMCG. You turn insights, analytical skills into action, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute brand strategy and multi-year growth roadmap.

Translate market/consumer insights into product, comms, and channel plans.

Lead portfolio management (pricing, pack architecture, formats).

Own A&P budgeting and contribute to brand P&L measure and optimize ROI.

Orchestrate 360° communication (creative + media) with agencies; optimize performance across TV/digital/social/Influencer/BTL.

Partner with Sales & Trade Marketing on channel growth, in-store activations and activation plans.

Coach ABMs/MTs; align internal and external stakeholders (R&D, Supply, Finance, procurement, research, agencies).

Track KPIs (market share, volume, revenue, profitability, MMM/ROAS, brand health ) and run continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-
10+ years in marketing with team management experience.

Excellent command of English; strong communication and stakeholder leadership.

Commercial acumen (pricing, promo economics, channel dynamics, profitability).

Analytical mindset; advanced planning & organizational skills.

Passion for marketing with can do attitude.
-
Experience leading agencies/research partners and cross-functional teams; coaching/people leadership.
