About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and promotional activities within the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage brand visibility, and coordinate exhibitions and advertising activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developed company profile, product catalogues, and pricing kits for multiple verticals including lighting, automation, and solar.

- Onboarded new dealers, distributors, and international brands to expand market reach and product offerings.

- Managed end-to-end execution of trade shows and exhibitions, including booth design, content, logistics, and lead capture.

- Built full-funnel lead generation systems using Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo email automation, and SEO-driven content.

- Generated B2B business through targeted digital campaigns and organic channels.

- Created content strategies tailored to diverse personas: MEP consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors.

- Produced trending, and aesthetic content across web, social, and print platforms.

- Led creative direction and content production for multiple brands within the group.

- Utilized Google Analytics and Meta insights to guide data-driven decisions and campaign optimization.

- Strengthened the digital presence of the company across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (preferably in the electrical or industrial sector).
• Proven experience in exhibition management and advertising.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
