Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the spa and wellness market, strong digital marketing skills, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote spa services, treatments, packages, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to position the spa effectively.
  • Plan and manage the annual marketing budget.

Branding & Content Creation

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Oversee content creation for digital and print marketing: brochures, service menus, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with content creators.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow the spa’s online presence through SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Coordinate with web developers to maintain an up-to-date, user-friendly website.

Promotions & Partnerships

  • Create and manage seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and special events.
  • Establish partnerships with influencers, local businesses, hotels, gyms, and wellness brands.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance guest retention and increase repeat bookings.
  • Monitor online reviews and manage customer feedback platforms (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp).

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the front desk, operations, and therapists to ensure alignment between marketing messages and actual guest experience.
  • Train spa staff on promotional campaigns and upselling techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic health is a plus.
