Administration & Marketing Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Administration & Marketing Executive to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.

· Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce appealing content that resonates with our target audience.

· Ensure all marketing collateral and campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

· Collaborate with suppliers, event managers, and exhibition organizers.

· Coordinate and manage the company's participation in exhibitions and award submissions.

· Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the Social Media handler for continuous optimization.

· Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.

· Responsible for updating & maintaining the CRM system.

· Responsible for generation of periodic reports.

· Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service with at most priority.

· Responsible for content creation.

· Maintain company data management in cloud.

· Responsible for lead management through the CRM system.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related filed.

· Strong communication and teamwork skill.

· At least two (2) years’ working experience in a similar position in UAE.

· Ability to communicate well and effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.

· Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with colleagues.

· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with tact and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
