Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a strong brand positioning strategy to establish MAF Retail s discount business as a leading value-oriented retailer.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aimed at attracting cost-conscious customers and increasing market share.
  • Lead the creation of 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, ATL, and BTL channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, product, and communications to align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee in-store promotions, activations, and customer engagement events to drive brand visibility and footfall.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage agency relationships, media planning, and creative production to ensure campaign quality and consistency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to achieve strategic objectives.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, communication, and integrated campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, and social campaigns).
  • Proficiency in executing ATL and BTL initiatives, including in-store activations.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
