Vacancy E-commerce Manager Job Overview
- Overseeing the day-to-day marketplace
- E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, listings, promotions, product marketing, maintenance and performance
- Creating and launching ongoing promotional activity at the product level and defining the channel strategy by SKU (i.e. which e-commerce channels the products will be sold on and when)
- Building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships in order to achieve targeted sales revenues by increasing the brand's online presence (domestic and international)
- Leading and negotiating annual agreements with e-commerce partners
- Developing a plan, KPI and targets to achieve for each e-commerce partner
- Define and implement the go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain and sales)
- Identify and implement new e-commerce trends and business growth opportunities
