JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven MARKETING MANAGER to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and achieve business growth and preferrably those who have worked with the startups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital amd traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, proven experience in managing campaigns from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, events, PR).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform strategies and campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand positioning and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation for both online and offline channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms (social media, search, email, display ads) and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI. Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to maximize marketing impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing software, etc.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to adapt to industry trends and evolving technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Startup.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
