Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our brand to the next level. You’ll lead the charge in creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive leads, increase awareness, and build trust for our crawl space, basement, and foundation repair services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Campaigns: Design and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, direct mail, etc.) that generate qualified leads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, writers, and vendors to produce engaging content — social posts, email blasts, blog articles, and videos that educate homeowners and build brand authority.
  • Brand Management: Keep our messaging consistent across all platforms. (We fix foundations — not fractured branding.)
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs for campaigns, web traffic, and ad spend. Report ROI and make recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • SEO & Web Presence: Manage website content and performance; work with SEO tools to ensure we rank where our customers are searching.
  • Community & Partnerships: Coordinate sponsorships, home shows, and local partnerships that position our brand as the go-to expert for foundation repair.
  • CRM & Automation: Utilize JobNimbus and similar platforms to track leads, automate follow-ups, and maintain customer engagement.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently — turning every dollar into measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in marketing management or related role — preferably in home services, construction, or trades.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, and SEO.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to homeowners or working with field service brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
