We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels.
- Directly manage and create all content marketing efforts, including copywriting, blog posts, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and maintain websites built on WordPress or similar CMS; incorporate HTML as needed for customization.
- Coordinate product management activities related to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop advertising sales strategies that support revenue growth.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress development, and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
- Experience with performance marketing techniques including PPC campaigns and analytics-driven optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
