Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals. This position involves market analysis, customer relationship management, dealer-focused B2B initiatives, B2C marketing strategies, and collaboration across teams to strengthen our market presence, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer retention.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote machine tool products and services.
  • Collect and analyze data and information about end-user customers to enhance customer retention and foster repeat business for products and services.
  • Expand B2C marketing efforts to attract new end users, driving interest and purchases directly and indirectly from machine tool consumers.
  • Design and execute B2B marketing strategies to support dealer relationships, enhance partnerships, and drive dealer sales.
  • Create targeted campaigns and materials to communicate value propositions effectively to dealers and end user customers.
  • Work closely with dealers to provide marketing support, including co-branded initiatives and training on product promotion strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with dealer objectives and strengthen dealer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for product launches, brochures, presentations, and advertisements tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to engage with dealers and showcase product offerings.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, maximize brand exposure and ensure adherence to corporate standards.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Innovative thinker with experience in driving dealer engagement and end user customer loyalty initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing, including the development of effective strategies for dealers and end consumers.
  • Proven ability to collect and utilize customer data for retention and growth strategies.
