Marketing Manager

DSX Properties is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Develop lead generation strategies to drive high-quality real estate inquiries
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up
• Oversee digital marketing content including social media posts, landing pages, and email marketing
• Manage marketing budgets and reporting
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Marketing experience in the UAE
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & performance marketing
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion funnels
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven mindset

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
