Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for property launches, ongoing projects, and brand promotion.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media presence, website updates, and content strategy to maintain a strong online brand image.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital partners, and media houses for campaigns and events.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, videos, and advertisements for projects.
• Organize property exhibitions, customer engagement events, and on-site promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences.
• Generate leads through online and offline channels and ensure proper follow-up with the sales team.
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Handle PR activities and manage corporate communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
