Marketing Manager – Job Description

Position Summary:

A Civil/Real Estate Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to promote construction projects, residential properties, commercial spaces, and real estate services. The role involves generating leads, improving brand visibility, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring effective marketing execution across digital and offline platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any degree
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate or construction marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate and construction projects.
  • Plan campaigns to generate qualified leads through digital ads, social media, SEO, and offline activities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing comparisons.
  • Create promotional content — brochures, project profiles, videos, and presentations.

Branding & Promotion

  • Manage company branding across platforms (website, social media, print media).
  • Organize events, site visits, property expos, and customer engagement programs.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, 3D walkthroughs, and project marketing materials.

Sales Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
  • Track inquiries, maintain CRM data, and monitor follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance metrics.

Client Relations

  • Build relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and corporate customers.
  • Provide information to clients about project features, pricing, and documentation.
  • Assist in negotiation support and customer handling when required.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO, social media posting, and analytics.
  • Run targeted campaigns for specific projects and locations.

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, MS Office, and project presentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA norms.
  • Experience in builder/developer firm marketing.
  • Creative mindset for campaigns and branding.

Salary Range:

  • ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  • (Varies based on experience, location, and project size)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
