About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for PRODECK — from strategy and brand growth to lead generation and social media.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage campaigns, build systems, and directly influence sales growth across multiple locations. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and operations to make sure our brand stays consistent, visible, and exciting in every market we serve.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Strategy

  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LSA, SEO).
  • Create and track lead generation strategies to hit monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Brand & Content

  • Manage all social media channels (@prodecktn) with consistent, engaging content.
  • Oversee photo/video shoots, project features, and testimonials.
  • Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Partnerships & Community

  • Build affiliate and referral programs with designers, realtors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and networking campaigns.
  • Track and report community engagement results and ROI.

Analytics & Systems

  • Report on marketing KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rate, lead volume, etc.).
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain a 10:1 LTGP:CAC ratio.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (construction, home improvement, or agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record in digital ads, social media, and branding.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills — knows how to tell stories and read metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and meeting growth targets.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (DOE)
  • Performance Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses quarterly
  • Growth Incentives: $10,000 for each new location successfully launched with full marketing setup
