Marketing Manager – Brand, Digital & Demand Generation

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Managing Partner/ Owner
Works Closely With: Sales Manager, F&B (Mai Kai), Events, and Reservations
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead all branding, digital, and communications efforts across Tiki Farms Resort and Mai Kai Restaurant, while building awareness for the Tiki Farms Hawaiian lifestyle brand.
With the resort’s current limited room inventory, the focus will be on maximising non-room revenue streams — F&B, day experiences, events, and brand collaborations — while building a strong brand foundation for the upcoming 65-room expansion.

This role is equal parts creative strategist, digital marketer, and brand storyteller — someone who can balance design sensibility with commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Positioning & Communication

  • Build and maintain a unified brand identity for Tiki Farms and Mai Kai across all touchpoints (website, social, print, in-resort collaterals).
  • Curate the brand story around Hawaiian wellness, tropical leisure, and farm-inspired living.
  • Develop and execute the annual brand calendar — experiences, festivals, and special events.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage all digital assets — website, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OTA content coordination.
  • Drive traffic and conversions for: Resort Bookings, Day Picnics & Experiences, Mai Kai Restaurant reservations, Private events (weddings, birthdays, offsites)
  • Create and monitor paid ad campaigns with strong ROI tracking.

3. Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce visually rich content: photoshoots, reels, blog posts, newsletters, and influencer collaborations.
  • Curate storytelling around food, nature, sustainability, and leisure experiences.
  • Partner with creators, photographers, and media outlets to expand organic reach.

4. Brand Collaborations & PR

  • Forge partnerships with travel, lifestyle, and wellness brands for co-branded campaigns.
  • Build PR relationships with travel media, bloggers, and micro-influencers.
  • Coordinate property visits and press coverage for maximum visibility.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key digital KPIs — engagement, website traffic, conversion rate, campaign ROI.
  • Generate actionable insights to inform the Sales team’s lead pipeline.

Performance KPIs

  • Website traffic & social media growth
  • Cost per lead and lead quality
  • Engagement rate and reach metrics
  • Incremental business generated from campaigns (F&B, events, picnics)
  • Brand recall and PR coverage

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in hospitality, resort, or lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO platforms, Canva, CRM).
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and present ROI.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

  • Incentives linked to campaign performance and lead generation.
