Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor services to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and negotiations.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Suggest improvements or adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly.
- Resolve client issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the service industry (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the service industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
