Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead the Group’s
marketing strategy, brand management, digital presence, and communication activities.
This is a leadership role that requires vision, creativity, analytical ability, and execution
excellence across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across group companies
- Lead integrated campaigns including digital, ATL/BTL, PR, events, and influencer outreach
- Position Sudhanand Group as a leader in Healthcare, IT, Pharma, Hospitality, and Sports
- Build and evolve brand identity for each vertical
- Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and customer touchpoints
- Drive SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, performance campaigns, and website management
- Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and measure ROI
- Oversee creation of marketing content, blogs, press releases, and communications
- Manage corporate communications and reputation
- Build and mentor internal marketing team
- Manage external agencies (creative, digital, PR)
- Oversee marketing budgets with ROI accountability
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Education: MBA in Marketing / Communications / Business Strategy from a reputed
institute.
Experience:
- 8-15 years of relevant marketing experience (multi-industry exposure preferred).
- Proven leadership in brand building, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, or Pharmaceutical industries will be considered a strong advantage, given the Group’s significant presence and upcoming expansion plans in these sectors.
- Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing across industries such as IT/ITES, Hospitality, and Sports is an added plus.
