Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute brand positioning and marketing strategy to establish MAF Retail Discount as a preferred value retailer.
  • Develop annual marketing plans targeting cost-conscious consumers, driving traffic and sales growth.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels (social media, SEO, SEM, print, radio, TV).
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Manage in-store promotions, seasonal activations, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee digital performance, social media engagement, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity.
