Job Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's vision as a leading super-prime residential developer and contractor in the UAE. This role involves managing external agencies, overseeing brand development, coordinating project-related marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistency across all communication channels to reflect the company's premium image.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Coordination

  • Establish and maintain clear and concise communication with appointed agencies to ensure alignment with the group's vision and values.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple agencies, ensuring seamless project execution and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Optimize the efforts of each agency to meet marketing and business objectives, maximizing the Return On Investment (ROI).
  • Regularly evaluate the agencies' performance to ensure effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with agencies to secure performance insights, evaluate strategies, and refine approaches.
  • Schedule regular meetings with agencies to ensure alignment and monitor project progress.

Brand Development and Management

  • Develop and maintain a robust brand identity, positioning the company as a leading super-prime residential developer and contractor in the UAE.
  • Ensure all creative outputs, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, align with the brand's luxurious and premium positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Shape key messaging and tone of voice to emphasize the exclusivity and luxury of new projects.

Public Relations and Media Outreach

  • Oversee relations with the corporate Public Relations (PR) agency to secure media coverage in luxury publications and online platforms.
  • Work with the PR agency to strategize media outreach and develop press releases for corporate projects, milestones, property launches, and other events.
  • Review monthly PR reports and media coverage to ensure optimal brand exposure.
  • Plan and oversee events for project launches, ensuring cohesive execution across social media, media coverage, and branding.
  • Approve content such as press releases and articles to ensure alignment with the brand's tone and objectives, before final approval from the General Manager.

Marketing Asset Creation

  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, fact sheets, website, signage, stationary, videos, Computer-Generated Imageries (CGIs) and property renderings.
  • Ensure all marketing assets reflect a cohesive brand image across online and offline platforms.
  • Guide the development of client presentations highlighting key project features in collaboration with the design team.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact between the company and real estate companies and brokers, managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), brokerage agreements, and related communications.
  • Coordinate and organize presentations for real estate agencies, client meetings, and high-net-worth investors.
  • Manage cross-team coordination to streamline workflows and achieve marketing objectives.

Budget Management

  • Oversee the allocation of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal distribution across agencies and materials.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports to senior management on marketing activities, project statuses, and budget updates.

Team Management

  • Oversee the operations of the marketing department by delegating tasks and balancing the workload efficiently.
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure a clear and effective execution of the work.
  • Maintain smooth communication and collaboration between the marketing team and other parties, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Project-Specific Marketing Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding agencies to establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, encompassing logo design, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Work with the PR agency on strategy development, media outreach, and securing high-profile press coverage.
  • Oversee media activations, interviews, and event-related branding to enhance luxury brand recognition.
  • Ensure that all marketing agencies collaborate seamlessly for new project launches, integrating efforts across branding, PR and social media.
Key Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience
  • 10-12 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex campaigns and cross-functional agency collaborations.
  • Experience within the luxury sector, particularly within luxury brands, construction, or real estate.
Skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking with a focus on luxury branding.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
