Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, and advertising channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing techniques.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in B2B (business-to-business) markets and e-commerce platforms.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including websites (WordPress), blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials; ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates through targeted messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics; generate reports to evaluate ROI and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by developing attractive proposals for print advertising and digital placements.
- Oversee budgeting processes for marketing projects to ensure efficient allocation of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
- Lead creative development using Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HTML basics for website updates and content management on platforms like WordPress.
- Coordinate research efforts to gather insights on customer needs, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to refine marketing tactics.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing strategies coupled with experience managing e-commerce initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in product management or working closely with product teams is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources including Google Analytics and campaign reports.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications in digital or performance marketing are preferred.
