Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to lead our boutique’s marketing initiatives. This part-time position (10–15 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a stylish, fast-paced environment and has a passion for both fashion and modern marketing. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage innovative marketing strategies, oversee advertising efforts, and utilize cutting-edge tools to enhance our market presence across various platforms. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and expanding our customer base through data-driven decision-making and creative execution.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising efforts such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and website content management using WordPress and HTML.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify opportunities for advertising sales and B2B marketing collaborations.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  • Supervise creative assets development using Adobe Creative Suite for print advertising, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee product management aspects related to marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare budgets for marketing projects and monitor expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Skills

  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing (including Facebook Advertising), email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and visual design.
  • Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing approaches including print advertising and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, marketing automation tools, WordPress, HTML coding basics, and analytics reporting.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy for various channels including blogs, ads, emails, and product descriptions.
  • Skills in research methodologies to gather market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Proven ability in sales support through advertising sales strategies and B2B outreach efforts.
  • Competence in product management coordination alongside creative teams.

Job Type: Part-time
