About the Role

Dodo Pizza Qatar is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who has strong knowledge of the Qatar market, understands local customer behavior, and can drive creative and effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be flexible, resourceful, and able to support and collaborate with the operations team to achieve business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales in the Qatar market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Oversee all digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and delivery applications (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc.).
  • Plan engaging social media content, campaigns, and collaborations to grow brand reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers/photographers for content creation.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Branding & Creative Execution

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Develop creative ideas for store branding, product launches, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Manage photoshoots, videos, graphic designs, and creative assets.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Plan and execute customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns, and community engagement activities.
  • Handle customer feedback in coordination with the operations team to improve customer satisfaction.

Partnerships & Events

  • Build partnerships with local influencers, bloggers, companies, and community groups.
  • Organize events, sampling activities, mall activations, and collaborations.

Coordination with Operations & Management

  • Work closely with store managers and the operations team to ensure promotions run smoothly.
  • Provide marketing support for new store openings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track spending.
  • Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar’s food & beverage market (especially delivery platforms and fast-food industry).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and local market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible, supportive, and able to collaborate with the team.
  • Background in designing, campaign creation, or branding is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar residency or transferable sponsorship preferred.
