Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across diverse channels. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing multichannel approaches including digital, print, and social media marketing.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring compelling copywriting and engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website traffic; oversee website management using WordPress, HTML, and related tools.
- Analyze website performance and campaign metrics through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Lead efforts in performance marketing by tracking KPIs, optimizing campaigns for conversion rates, and reporting on ROI.
- Support sales teams by creating promotional materials and providing insights into customer engagement patterns.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices in B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and print advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising platform, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies within e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills coupled with the ability to craft compelling copy that drives engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across departments to achieve unified goals.
