The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Branding & Brand Equity • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives. • Position the company as an industry thought leader through white papers, media interviews, speaking opportunities, and content partnerships. • Drive brand equity initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate sustainability and innovation narratives. • Manage agency partners for creative, media, and branding projects.


Digital Transformation & Social Media • Oversee digital marketing transformation, including CRM integration, data-driven lead generation, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. • Enhance the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with industry-specific campaigns. • Monitor analytics and optimize digital performance through insights, reporting, and dashboards. • Champion digital innovation (AI-driven content, AR/VR for product showcases, virtual experience


Event Management & Stakeholder Engagement • Create an event participation calendar based on business priorities, marketing budget and stakeholder participation. • Lead planning and execution of regional events: exhibitions, product launches, dealer conferences, and incentive trips. • Manage end-to-end logistics, creative direction, and ROI assessment for events. • Foster partnerships with government, industry associations, and media outlets to amplify visibility. • Conduct pre- and post-event analysis to assess performance, ROI, and potential improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications; MBA preferred.

8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within manufacturing, or industrial B2B sectors.

• Proven track record in brand building, digital transformation, and large-scale event management. • Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in UAE industrial and government initiatives (e.g., “Make it in the Emirates”).

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
