Responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies that increase the in online and offline traffic, improving conversion rates, conducting in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, optimizing search engine marketing campaigns by leveraging SEO tools.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct experiments to test different tactics, messages, and designs for improved conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and internal teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Manage public relations and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and internal regulations

Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge in performance marketing, SEO, and digital channels.
  • Proficient in photography & montage, editorial writing, graphic design, media content creation, and content documentation/archiving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • High adaptability and ability to innovate.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in English
