We are seeking a creative, strategic, and tech-forward Marketing Manager with experience in the senior living industry and a strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools. This role will lead brand strategy, digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, and community engagement, using AI innovations to improve efficiency, personalization, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow occupancy and brand awareness across multiple senior living communities.

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, predictive analytics platforms) to enhance content creation, automate workflows, and improve campaign performance.

  • Oversee marketing collateral, brochures, events, and community-level outreach.

  • Analyze key performance metrics and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.

  • Manage relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and community leadership.

  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and regulatory compliance for senior living.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI-based marketing tools and emerging technologies.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms: Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM/lead management systems.

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

  • A passion for serving older adults and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
