Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing activities across digital and traditional platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong fashion sense, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), including posting, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
● Coordinate with content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content for social media and marketing campaigns.
● Develop and launch marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
● Proactively brainstorm and execute new creative ideas and collaborations (e.g., influencer partnerships, giveaways, pop-up events).
● Coordinate with website designers/producers to update website banners, promotional graphics, and seasonal campaigns.
● Plan and oversee photoshoots, including sourcing and booking models, makeup artists, hairstylists, stylists, and location scouting.
● Stay up-to-date with trending content, viral moments, and industry developments to integrate into the brand's marketing calendar.
● Build marketing calendars that align with product launches, holidays, promotions, and trending opportunities.
● Monitor marketing KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
● Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and consistency across all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
● Experience in marketing, social media management, or a creative marketing role (fashion industry experience strongly preferred).
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation best practices.
● Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
● Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling instincts.
● Experience planning photoshoots and coordinating with creative teams.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing trends.
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
