With a reputation for excellence, we're now looking for a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth and visibility in a competitive market.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to generate leads, boost brand visibility, and support our sales goals. This is a leadership role suited for someone with real estate industry experience, strong digital know-how, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans for both residential and commercial properties
• Drive qualified leads through digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, etc.)
• Lead content creation strategies for social media, email, listings, and offline collaterals
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Optimize the company website, ensuring up-to-date property listings and SEO performance
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new launches, events, and seasonal offers
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and design teams
• Stay ahead of market trends, new marketing technologies, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of real estate marketing experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Proven track record in digital lead generation and property marketing
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing analytics platforms
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate trends and buyer personas
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with basic design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus
