Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, workshops, and retailers.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
- Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
