Marketing Manager - experiential leisure and entertainment
I am supporting a fast growing experiential leisure and entertainment group that develops and operates its own venues in the UAE. Think active, social, family friendly concepts that attract kids, teens and adults and encourage repeat visits.
The company invests in, owns and operates its own sites, and in some cases manages locations on behalf of major landlords on a turnkey basis, including all marketing.
The culture is entrepreneurial rather than corporate. It suits someone who enjoys building, testing and improving, not just maintaining what already exists.
This role suits a digital first marketer who blends creativity with performance. You will lead the full marketing lifecycle for the company’s entertainment and leisure venues, from pre launch strategy through to day to day growth across multiple locations.
You will own digital performance, content, partnerships, events, PR and brand visibility, ensuring each venue achieves measurable growth in footfall, revenue and brand relevance.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and manage a small in house team as well as specialist agencies. It is a strategic and operational role in equal measure, and is not a rigid nine to five office job.
