Role overview
Serein Spaces is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive demand and brand preference for its office interior design and turnkey fit-out solutions across India, with a primary focus on corporate, startup, retail, and hospitality workspaces. The role combines performance-driven B2B marketing with strong storytelling around workspace design, execution quality, and custom furniture.
Objectives of the role
- Build a steady, high-quality funnel of marketing-qualified leads for office interior, design-and-build, and commercial fit-out projects in target cities.
- Strengthen Serein Spaces’ positioning as a reliable, design-led, pan-India workspace solutions partner comparable to leading players in the category.
- Enable sales and key account teams with content, tools, and insights that shorten sales cycles and improve win-rates for mid to large ticket projects.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated marketing plan for interiors and fit-out: performance marketing, SEO, content, social, email, events, and partnerships focused on B2B decision makers (CXOs, founders, admin/HR, facility and real-estate heads).
- Run always-on digital lead-generation campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, marketplaces) with clear CPL, MQL, and conversion targets for office interior projects.
- Build a strong content engine: case studies, before–after stories, 3D walkthrough highlights, project videos, reels, blogs, and mailers that showcase design, project management, and execution capabilities similar to leading tech-enabled fit-out firms.
- Collaborate closely with design, project, and furniture teams to translate live projects into compelling pitch decks, proposals, capability presentations, and sector-specific brochures (IT/ITES, BFSI, D2C, co-working, etc.).
- Manage and optimise the website as a high-intent acquisition channel through UX improvements, landing pages, SEO around office interiors / turnkey offices / commercial fit-outs, and marketing automation workflows.
- Co-own city and vertical growth with sales: run local campaigns, builder/IPC partnerships, and property-channel collaborations to drive inquiries and site visits, similar to how design-and-build players expand into multiple cities.
- Plan and execute participation in industry events, real-estate forums, design conclaves, and ecosystem partnerships to build pipeline and top-of-mind recall.
- Track performance of all campaigns and content using analytics tools; run experiments on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to constantly improve ROI.
- Manage agencies and freelancers for performance marketing, creative production, video, and PR, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.
