ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Marketing Manager
to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. The role requires a senior marketer who combines creative vision with strong analytical and commercial sense — capable of shaping the full-year marketing calendar, optimizing resources, and delivering impactful campaigns tailored for the Middle East market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Annual Campaign Planning & Execution

Lead the planning and implementation of full-year product and brand marketing campaigns, covering launches, awareness initiatives, and tactical promotions.

Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.

Track and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Budget Planning & Optimization

Develop, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget across channels and campaign types.

Ensure resource efficiency and high ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Media, KOL & Stakeholder Management
-
Build and maintain relationships with local media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and strategic stakeholders to expand brand influence.

Lead media buying, PR, and partnership negotiations to ensure maximum reach and visibility.

Develop proactive PR and communications initiatives reinforcing Anker’s leadership positioning in the market.
Joint Marketing with Key Accounts

Partner with key accounts and retail/e-commerce players to design joint campaigns that enhance exposure and strengthen partnerships.

Align communication strategies with partner objectives for better mutual results.
Conversion & Traffic Optimization

Work closely with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to drive efficient traffic generation and conversion optimization.

Apply digital tools and performance data analysis to improve funnel efficiency, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
Online & Offline Campaign Integration

Online:
Lead digital advertising, influencer activation, content localization, media buying, and PR operations.

Offline:
Support events, experiential activations, and trade partnerships, ensuring creative coherence and local relevance.

Guarantee seamless integration between online and offline activities for unified customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with regional sales, product, and e-commerce teams on marketing objectives and business goals.

Manage local marketing team members and agency partners with hands-on leadership and high execution standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience
in integrated marketing, brand management, or strategic communications — ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or tech industry.

Proven success in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns combining online and offline channels.

Strong understanding of
digital ecosystems
— media buying, social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, and PR management.

Solid experience in
budget management, ROI analysis, and performance optimization

Established relationships within the
Middle East media and influencer landscape
preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with creative drive and strong data-driven decision-making ability.

Cross-cultural adaptability and collaborative mindset.

Arabic and Mandarin Chinese proficiency would be a plus.
