Each brand has its own identity, audience, and tone — and we need a Marketing Manager capable of bringing structure, creativity, and leadership across a multi-brand ecosystem.
This role is not basic maintenance — it is transformation. You will build systems, lead people, architect strategy, and elevate every channel across B2B and D2C.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations across nine brands. You will develop high-impact digital strategies, manage cross-functional teams, enforce brand standards, and drive measurable growth across all platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Digital Marketing
- Develop and oversee multi-channel B2B and D2C marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, SMS, and all major social platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads, including budget allocation, creative direction, and audience targeting.
- Lead email and SMS marketing to revive engagement, build flows, create automation, and increase conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform positioning and campaign direction.
- Define, track, and report KPIs to ensure every initiative meets growth and ROI goals.
- Lead e-commerce growth efforts and enhance online presence across all brand sites.
Brand Management
- Fully understand each brand: positioning, audience, messaging, tone, strengths.
- Guide content and creative strategy for nine brands while maintaining distinct identities.
- Collaborate closely with Social Media teams to plan, execute, and optimize brand-consistent campaigns.
Creative Direction
- Oversee the Graphic Designer, providing clear direction and maintaining visual consistency.
- Review and refine creative assets, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards.
- Make minor edits in Adobe Photoshop when needed to keep workflows moving.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Social Media, Design, Development, and Management to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Support Sales initiatives with promotional materials and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ensure communication and execution between departments are organized, timely, and efficient.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure strategic ROI on advertising spend.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or multichannel marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email/SMS marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills — you can manage people and systems.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project-management abilities.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
