Marketing Manager
Role Overview
The Colonnade Hotel is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our brand marketing and communications efforts across digital marketing, paid media, and owned content. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing content including website content, public relations and social media coordination for both the hotel and restaurant.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hospitality marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and inspire.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas
- Experience with website content management systems, social media editing tools, copywriting, email marketing platforms.
- Data literacy to measure and improve outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated with a passion for art, design, fashion, and culture. Flexibility to adapt to trends and challenges.
- This role is full time and requires and in person presence.

Responsibilities
- The Colonnade Hotel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall hotel goals.
- This role will provide critical operational, creative, and analytical support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and hotel response to our valued guests.
- Provide day-to-day support and communication on the performance of campaigns to management. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels in digital and coordinate social media campaigns with our social media partner.
- Maintain visibility across all marketing projects to ensure deliverables, and deadlines are met
- Track timelines, calendars, and approval processes for all projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content related to initiatives, events, and activations and create landing pages that optimize user experiences.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and content marketing.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all marketing communications and materials
- Assist with media planning, including asset management, tagging, and campaign tracking for both the hotel and restaurant.
- Manage digital image asset organization and distribution
- Support development of creative content including email marketing campaigns, website stories, and guest-facing marketing.
- Maintain web presence, monitor traffic, and identify advertising and marketing opportunities.
- Compile marketing data through data mining, trend recognition, and social media.
- Assist in coordination of photo/video shoots on property in cooperation with the social media and pr teams.
- Monitor social media conversations, competitor activity, and digital trends to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
