Da Terra is a luxury design house headquartered in Dubai, specializing in high-end interior design, architecture, and curated furniture procurement. We are the exclusive UAE showroom partner for iconic European brands and work closely with high-net-worth clients across private residences, commercial spaces, and hospitality projects. Our operation is lean, fast-moving, and deeply rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and refined aesthetics.
We are seeking a highly proactive, structured, and creatively driven Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of Da Terra’s marketing function—building strategy, producing content, managing performance, and elevating the brand across all touchpoints.
Role Overview
This role leads the end-to-end marketing function, covering content creation, social media management, brand positioning, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind the scenes (strategy, planning, reporting) and in front of the camera (presenting, storytelling, product features). You should feel at home in the world of luxury, design, and refined aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Da Terra’s brands:
- Da Terra Design Studio (design services)
- Da Terra Global (luxury showroom & furniture procurement)
- Comfortable speaking on camera to present products, projects, showroom tours, and design insights.
- Produce high-quality video and photography content using in-house tools or direct third-party vendors.
- Maintain a cohesive luxury visual identity aligned with Da Terra’s brand philosophy.
- Direct shoots and styling for furniture, interiors, materials, and behind-the-scenes design work.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage daily publishing, community engagement, and growth strategies on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Build multi-channel strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Trend-tracking in luxury, design, interiors, and hospitality sectors to ensure relevance and innovation.
3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Developing a structured roadmap and vision.
- Conduct market research within luxury design, interior architecture, and high-net-worth clientele behavior.
- Develop brand messaging and storytelling that reflects Da Terra’s craftsmanship and heritage.
- Build campaigns for furniture releases, showroom events, interior design launches, and collaborations.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs for social media, content, campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Produce weekly performance reports summarizing actions, outcomes, insights, and next steps.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on analytics and conversion data.
5. Internal Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Collaborate closely with design teams, showroom team, and leadership to ensure consistent communication.
- Convert design projects into compelling marketing assets—case studies, reels, and editorial posts.
- Work with the sales team to build funnels for furniture and interior design leads.
6. Vendor & Production Management
- Manage relationships with editors, videographers, photographers, and PR agencies when needed.
- Coordinate freelancers for overflow tasks, ensuring consistent quality and brand direction.
- Maintain an internal library of assets: photos, video clips, renderings, project files, copy, etc.
7. Event & Showroom Marketing
- Support showroom openings, private events, design week activations, and collaborations with brand partners.
- Create invitations, press kits, follow-up campaigns, and post-event reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing (luxury, design, interiors, architecture, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong visual taste with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, materials, craftsmanship, and interior design.
- Excellent command of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) OR able to direct and manage editors.
- Comfortable on camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to build systems (content calendars, workflows, reports).
- Skilled in social media strategy and brand development.
- Analytical mindset: ability to read data and pivot strategy accordingly.
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable—able to operate independently without micromanagement.
